Patrulha Eletrônica Ltda., a well-established company with 30 years in the market, is seeking a dynamic and proactive professional for the position of External Technician (Installer). Our core activity is providing electronic security system monitoring services. More than just installing equipment, our team delivers genuine peace of mind and protection to our customers. Main Responsibilities and Duties The hired professional will be responsible for ensuring system functionality and customer satisfaction: * Install and configure alarm systems and CCTV (closed-circuit television) at customers’ properties. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment, identifying and resolving faults. * Carry out external activities using a company-provided vehicle (car or motorcycle), safely and responsibly. * Record incidents, take photographs, and produce detailed reports on incidents and activities. * Serve customers respectfully, providing clear and courteous technical information. **IMPORTANT RESTRICTION:** It is expressly prohibited for the employee to perform property security guard duties, directly intervene in criminal incidents, carry firearms, or conduct personal searches, as stipulated by Law No. 14.967/2024 and the employment contract. **Requirements:** Required Qualifications * Completed high school education. * Valid Brazilian National Driver’s License (CNH) category AB. * Full availability for external work and daily motorcycle operation. Desirable Qualifications * Knowledge of network and computer system configuration. * Prior experience in electronic security or similar maintenance fields. * Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities (p.12).
