




We are seeking a professional to provide corporate technical support, delivering specialized assistance for email hosting, internet connectivity, and IT infrastructure services. The role is responsible for ensuring the stability, availability, and quality of services provided to clients through continuous and proactive monitoring of systems, events, and resources. **Responsibilities / Duties:** * Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support to corporate clients; * Deliver support for configuration and maintenance of emails, websites, servers, and internet connections; * Identify, analyze, and resolve technical incidents and problems; * Monitor service performance and take preventive actions to avoid outages; * Log support tickets and maintain up-to-date information in the ticketing system; * Collaborate with other technical teams as needed for more complex issues; * Contribute to the continuous improvement of support and infrastructure processes. **Technical Skills:** **Mandatory:** * Completed high school education; * Basic training in Networking, Linux, and/or Information Security. **Desirable:** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Computer Science, Computer Networks, or related fields; * Knowledge and/or certifications: * ITIL v3 or higher certification * MTCNA * LPI1 * CCNA * Prior experience of at least six (6) months providing corporate client support focused on connectivity and hosting; * Experience working in a NOC environment is a plus;
