Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on computers, laptops, and peripherals (printers). Installing and configuring local networks (cabling, Wi-Fi), switches, and routers. Supporting installation and configuration of Windows 10/11, Office suites, and VPN. Managing antivirus solutions, security updates, and backup policies. Conducting supplier negotiations: quotations and purchases.
