Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for registering companies, drafting constitutive acts and amendments, issuing certificates, and negotiating installment plans. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in company registration and modification 2. Drafting of constitutive acts and legal proceedings 3. Issuance of certificates and negotiation of installment plans **✨Main Responsibilities**: \- Register companies and draft constitutive acts at the Commercial Registry or Notary Office. \- Draft constitutive and amendment acts (QSA, business activities, address, corporate name, capital, DBE). \- Draft transformation and dissolution acts for companies with competent authorities. \- Issue Fire Department certificates, sanitary registrations, and operating licenses. \- Negotiate and file installment plans for federal, state, and municipal tax debts. \- Open, close, and update state and municipal registrations. \- Open and amend proceedings at federal, state, and municipal levels. \- Issue negative, simplified, specific, and bankruptcy/reorganization certificates. **✨Requirements:** **\-** Bachelor’s degree or currently enrolled in Accounting or Law; \- Prior experience in duties described in this job posting. **✨Benefits:** **\-** Meal Allowance – BRL 23.00; \- Commuter Pass (VT) or Fuel Allowance; \- Health Insurance – 70%; \- Dental Insurance – 100%; \- Nutritional Support; \- Psychological Support; Employment Type: Permanent CLT Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: BRL 1,900.00 – BRL 2,032.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Commuter pass Work Location: On-site
