Job Summary: A specialist professional in residential hydraulic installations and fire suppression systems, responsible for executing and interpreting project plans and ensuring system safety. Supervision and guidance of support teams **Work Schedule** 44 hours/week – Monday to Friday – 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. **About the Position: Responsibilities** * Perform installation, maintenance, and adaptation services for residential hydraulic systems, including cold water supply networks, sanitary sewage, and stormwater drainage; * Assemble and install fire suppression systems, including hydrant piping, fittings, valves, boxes, and other accessories; * Interpret and analyze hydraulic and fire prevention project plans, ensuring execution in accordance with technical specifications, current regulations, and Fire Department requirements; * Conduct pressure, leak-tightness, and operational tests to guarantee efficiency and safety of installed systems; * Identify, diagnose, and correct faults, leaks, and technical incompatibilities during service execution; * Guide, monitor, and supervise assistants and support teams in hydraulic and fire suppression activities; * Ensure proper fixation, alignment, sealing, and finishing of installed piping, equipment, and devices; * Comply with occupational safety regulations, good execution practices, and quality standards to ensure system safety and durability. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Specialist professional with proven experience in residential hydraulic installations and fire suppression systems. * Technical education in Hydraulic Engineering, Building Construction, or related fields is desirable/a plus.
