Job Summary: A professional responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical and hydraulic systems, as well as minor masonry repairs and technical support. Key Highlights: 1. Performs general electrical and hydraulic maintenance 2. Handles minor repairs to building installations 3. Provides support to third-party teams **Responsibilities**: * Installation and repair of fans, light fixtures, switches, outlets, sensors, and emergency lighting. * Minor repairs to low-voltage electrical components. * Inspection of the hydraulic system (water tanks, reservoirs, and pumps). * Installation and maintenance of faucets, showerheads, valves, traps, and valves. * Chlorine control and water quality testing. * Cleaning of filters, water tanks, and reservoirs. * Monitoring generator tests. * Checking fuel levels and refueling. * Adjustments and repairs to doors, cabinets, windows, and hardware. * Mounting cabinets, frames, and equipment. * Minor masonry repairs for facility maintenance. * Support for services performed by third-party teams or construction companies. **Requirements**: * Completed High School Education * Up-to-date Certifications: NR-10, NR-12, and NR-35 * Hydraulic Firefighter Training **Job Details**: Schedule: Monday to Friday, 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM (1-hour break) // Saturday: 7:00 AM to 11:15 AM Work Location: Universidade Christus Parquelândia Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2,146.69 per month Benefits: * Transportation Allowance Work Mode: On-site
