




Job Summary: Assist with preparation tasks, material transportation, cleaning, organization, demolition, and equipment handling at construction sites. Key Highlights: 1. Tasks requiring physical endurance and dexterity Main Responsibilities * **Preparation:** Assist in preparing mortar and concrete, construction sites, and soil. * **Material Transportation:** Load, unload, and transport blocks, cement, sand, bricks, and other tools. * **Direct Assistance:** Provide tools and materials to masons, carpenters, or electricians upon request. * **Cleaning and Organization:** Keep the workplace clean and organized by removing debris and waste. * **Demolition and Maintenance:** Assist with demolition tasks such as removing finishes, flooring, and masonry. * **Equipment Handling:** Operate simple equipment and assist in assembling and disassembling scaffolding. Skills and Requirements * **Physical Endurance:** The role requires good physical stamina and endurance to handle heavy tasks. * **Physical Dexterity:** Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, such as carrying heavy materials. * **Teamwork:** Collaborate effectively with the team, understanding and executing instructions from masons. * **Knowledge:** While formal technical training is less extensive than that required for masons, learning through experience is essential for career progression.
