Must maintain workplace organization and cleanliness, manage ingredient inventory, and comply with hygiene regulations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare dough, sauces, and ingredients according to company recipes and standards. * Roll out, assemble, and bake pizzas in the oven (wood-fired, gas, or electric). * Monitor baking time and product quality. * Maintain a clean and organized workplace. * Perform basic inventory control and report necessary restocking. * Follow food hygiene regulations and good handling practices. * Assist in kitchen organization when required. **Requirements:** * Experience as a pizzaiolo (preferred). * Knowledge of dough preparation and baking techniques. * Efficiency, responsibility, and organization. * Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with wood-fired ovens. * Creativity in developing new flavors. **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance or commuting subsidy * Attendance bonus: BRL 200.00 * Performance-based bonus * Health insurance plan effective upon hiring Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: BRL 1.568,09 - BRL 2.200,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
