Job Summary: This professional will assist in material preparation, transportation, worksite cleaning, and support masons, carpenters, and electricians. Key Highlights: 1. Teamwork and skill development through experience Main Responsibilities * **Preparation:** Assist in preparing mortar and concrete, setting up construction sites, and preparing soil. * **Material Transportation:** Load, unload, and transport blocks, cement, sand, bricks, and other tools. * **Direct Assistance:** Provide tools and materials to masons, carpenters, or electricians upon request. * **Cleaning and Organization:** Keep the worksite clean and organized by removing debris and waste. * **Demolition and Maintenance:** Assist in demolition tasks such as removing claddings, flooring, and masonry. * **Equipment Handling:** Operate simple equipment and assist in assembling and disassembling scaffolding. Skills and Requirements * **Physical Stamina:** This profession requires good physical fitness and endurance to handle heavy tasks. * **Physical Dexterity:** Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, such as carrying heavy materials. * **Teamwork:** Collaborate effectively with the team, understanding and executing masons’ instructions. * **Knowledge:** Although less technical training is required than for masons, learning through experience is essential for career progression.
