**Job Description:** * Monitor and strive to achieve the production targets of the line; * Maintain discipline and compliance with company-established rules; * Report any infrastructure issues to the immediate supervisor; * Keep the team informed about company routines; * Ensure the entire team complies with occupational health and safety regulations and guidelines; * Produce with a focus on quality, in accordance with instructions and guidelines; * Contribute to a healthy work environment; * Provide operational support to the team as needed. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Flexible working hours; * Knowledge of Lean methodologies, with emphasis on continuous improvement and waste elimination; * Knowledge of quality tools (e.g., 5S, PDCA, Ishikawa, among others); * Preferably pursuing or having completed a bachelor’s or technical degree in Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
