Job Summary: Assist in general building maintenance activities, including electrical, hydraulic, mechanical services, and various repairs to equipment and facilities. Key Highlights: 1. Performing general building maintenance, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic services. 2. Repairing forklifts, pallet jacks, and fire protection systems. 3. Inspecting and maintaining operational equipment and safety systems. Assist in general building maintenance activities, including wall painting, restroom maintenance, lamp replacement, ballast replacement, sensor replacement, electrical and hydraulic repairs. Perform electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic maintenance tasks, including replacing, swapping, cleaning, repairing, and installing parts, components, and equipment. Maintain electric forklifts and pallet jacks, assisting with bearing and wheel replacement, as well as other hydraulic repairs. Conduct required tests on fire protection systems, hydrants, hoses, extinguishers, and sprinklers, performing necessary repairs. Assist in inspecting installations of operational equipment in stores, warehouses, and cold rooms, performing required repairs. Identify and replace backlight lamps, as well as lamps in the store’s interior and exterior areas, warehouse, and cold rooms. Clean water tanks and repair lightning protection systems. Repair hydraulic shopping carts and customer carts requiring maintenance. Check door functionality, performing necessary adjustments and repairs. Understand risks associated with job activities and corresponding control measures, aiming to eliminate workplace hazards (danger sources) and unsafe behaviors. Reduce waste through material and product reduction, reuse, and recycling.
