Control materials, productivity, and service quality **OPEN POSITION | CONSTRUCTION COORDINATOR** **Electrical and Hydraulic Installations** We are seeking a **Construction Coordinator** to oversee and monitor **electrical and hydraulic installation projects**, ensuring compliance with deadlines, technical quality, safety, and operational efficiency. **Main Responsibilities:** ▪ Supervise construction teams (electricians, plumbers, and assistants) ▪ Monitor installation execution in accordance with project designs and technical specifications ▪ Plan and control the physical construction schedule ▪ Ensure compliance with applicable technical and safety regulations (NRs) ▪ Control materials, productivity, and service quality ▪ Support measurements, reporting, and coordination with engineering, clients, and suppliers ▪ Monitor testing, commissioning, and handover of installations **Requirements:** ▪ Technical or higher education degree in a related field (Electrotechnology, Building Construction, Engineering, or equivalent) ▪ Experience coordinating electrical and hydraulic installation projects ▪ Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings ▪ Experience managing construction teams ▪ Knowledge of NR-10, NR-18, and NR-35 regulations **Preferred Qualifications:** ▪ Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects ▪ Familiarity with MS Project, Excel, or construction management systems ▪ Leadership-oriented profile, highly organized, and results-driven **Work Location:** São José do Rio Preto - SP **Employment Type:** PJ (Individual Contractor) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$10.000,00 - R$12.000,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance
