We value autonomy, learning, and execution, offering **direct involvement in technical and strategic decisions**, as well as **flexible working hours** to accommodate university studies. **Responsibilities** * **Create visuals and content** for social media (posts, stories, carousels) and support simple design adjustments. * **Support planning and execution of campaigns** (organic and paid), including ads, copy, and schedules. * **Publish and manage content** on social media and/or website, ensuring brand consistency and posting frequency. * **Monitor metrics and performance** of posts/campaigns (reach, clicks, leads, conversions) and propose improvements. **Requirements** * Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, Design, or related fields. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Hands-on, organized, and eager-to-learn mindset. * Familiarity with everyday tools: Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets), social media platforms, and basic content knowledge. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with **Canva/Figma** and basic editing. * Understanding of **paid traffic** (Meta Ads/Google Ads). * English proficiency for reading and communication. * Familiarity with tools such as ClickUp or similar. **Benefits** * Internship stipend. * Meal allowance. * Transportation allowance. * Birthday day off. **Location** **Hybrid in Campinas**, with possibility of **2 remote days per week**. **How to Apply** Interested?
