The Farias Brito Educational Organization, with 90 years of history in the education sector, is seeking a Literature Intern to join our team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the planning and implementation of creative writing and textual production workshops for students in Grades 4 and 5. * Propose playful and pedagogical activities focused on developing written language, imagination, and authorship. * Stimulate reading, vocabulary expansion, and idea organization. * Assist students throughout the writing, revision, and rewriting processes. * Collaborate with teachers and the pedagogical coordination team to align workshops with curricular objectives. * Participate in pedagogical meetings and planning sessions when requested. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in a Literature program (from the 3rd semester onward). * Interest in the educational field and in working with children in the Early Years. * Strong oral and written communication skills. * Creativity, pedagogical sensitivity, and organizational ability. * Ability to listen actively, mediate discussions, and encourage student participation. * Commitment, responsibility, and willingness to learn and receive pedagogical guidance. . Availability for a 2-year internship. .
