Description: Description Responsibilities: * Conduct active and reactive sales exclusively through online sales channels; * Make sales, follow-up, and post-sales calls with a focus on conversion and customer retention; * Register, consult, and manage orders in the ERP system, ensuring information accuracy; * Verify inventory levels, monitor deadlines, and coordinate with billing, logistics, and commercial departments, ensuring the customer is kept informed throughout the entire process; * Use the company’s CRM to contact portfolio customers, encouraging repeat purchases, promotions, abandoned cart recovery, and personalized campaigns; * Act proactively, proposing solutions, identifying opportunities, and suggesting process improvements in customer service; * Stay up-to-date with best practices in online customer service and sales, contributing to a differentiated shopping experience; * Maintain clear, courteous, and company-standard written communication. * Proficiency in recording digital content (videos and social media edits) Requirements: * Experience in telephone sales and social media sales, i.e., digital customer service; * Strong oral and written communication skills; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; * Competence in navigating and operating systems (ERP, CRM, web platforms); * Organizational skills to simultaneously manage orders and customers; * Proactivity, empathy, and results orientation; * ERP Sankhya and CRM tool experience preferred (a plus); * Availability to work in Fortaleza. * Proficiency in recording digital content (videos and social media edits) * Proactivity and results orientation (sales and service targets). * Availability Monday to Saturday (business hours) Benefits: 2512300202491715714
