Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring effective flight assembly and handling, managing customer relationships, and guaranteeing the quality of air services. Key Highlights: 1. Development and implementation of action plans **Job Description:** * Responsible for preparing, updating, and disseminating Packing documents to facilitate understanding by all parties, ensure correct assembly, and guarantee that the flight matches exactly what was designed by the customer. * Register flight plans for delivery/invoice generation according to pricing specified by Sales Controlling, as well as verify and control airline billing through review of all issued deliveries. * Ensure correct flight assembly and effective handling through actions such as: airline inventory control; material requisition/inventory in each airline’s system; material checklists for all departments; Spot Checks on flights; Cheftable of services; monitoring aircraft loading; printing labels guiding correct flight assembly (guideline); developing Action Plans for FACs/Delays; maintaining and monitoring customer SLAs (Service Level Agreements); providing support and training to all departments involved in flight assembly and handling. * Confirm and receive Comats/Containers after physical verification by Bonded, reporting any discrepancies between documentation and physical items to the customer. * Receive, respond to, and update the FACs (Flight Attendant Comment) spreadsheet, identify where the issue occurred, respond to the customer, and jointly develop an action plan with the department manager to maintain service consistency. * Host customers during visits to the facility, organize their stay (from airport/hotel pickup to visit schedule). * Provide necessary equipment for Food Presentation and monitor the presentation to ensure full production support meeting customer demand. * Participate in process audits and Cheftables. * Actively participate in Customer Care Feedback meetings: annual meetings with airlines to analyze results, implement service improvements, and develop action plans. * Monitor all types of audits related to the assigned customer. * Develop action plans together with the department manager/coordinator to correct issues and ensure resolution. * Address delays and jointly develop action plans with the Operations Manager to prevent future issues. * Strengthen customer relationships through periodic visits to aircraft. **Requirements:** **Education:** Incomplete Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field **Knowledge:** Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite, Advanced English, Spanish (desirable), Customer Service Techniques. **Skills:** Conflict and Stress Management, Responsiveness, Problem \& Results Analysis, Communication \& Relationship Building, Influence \& Negotiation, Organization; Flexibility.
