The company specializes in wholesale and is launching its e-commerce operations.* **E-commerce Customer Service Representative (on-site), CLT employment + performance bonus + on-site lunch + transportation allowance + attendance bonus** **Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:15 PM** **- Completed high school education** **- Strong written and verbal communication skills** **- Experience in online customer service, e-commerce, within commercial and after-sales departments.** **- Proficiency with systems and websites** **- Handling leads from Instagram and Facebook** **- Merchandise sorting and shipping** **- Organization of garments and assigned department.** Job Type: Full-time CLT, Freelance / PJ Contract Duration: 12 months Compensation: Starting from R$1.700,00 per month Benefits: * Company-provided mobile phone * Free parking * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Experience: * Customer Service (Mandatory) * E-commerce Operations (Preferred) Work Location: On-site
