




**Responsibilities:** * Perform support tasks as instructed by the Chef or Nutritionist; * Assist daily in preparing food to be sold in the area; * Wash or sanitize vegetables, peel vegetables, slice and cut proteins; * Clean and sanitize the work environment, utensils, and equipment; * Handle utensils and equipment safely. **Requirements:** * High school diploma; * Prior experience in this role is preferred; * Availability for a 12-hour shift followed by 36 hours off.
