To succeed within the Bun Group, you will need to: Lead & Inspire (if you are a leader); Be innovative; Demonstrate an owner’s mindset; Focus on the customer; Collaborate effectively as part of a team; and continuously learn and share knowledge. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead and develop the Customer Service team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. * Ensure adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs) regarding response time, service quality, delivery, and issue resolution. * Serve as the liaison between Sales, Logistics, Planning, Manufacturing, and Finance departments to guarantee optimal customer experience. * Monitor KPIs and propose action plans for continuous process improvement. * Manage the end-to-end order cycle: order entry, billing, and delivery. * Ensure sales, billing, and shipping targets are met. * Conduct alignment meetings with strategic customers, when required. * Support digital transformation and process automation initiatives within the Customer Service area. **Requirements and Qualifications** **The expected requirements are:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Proven leadership experience in Customer Service roles, preferably within retail industries. * Familiarity with ERP systems (TOTVS, SAP, Oracle, etc.) and CRM tools. * Advanced Excel skills and data analysis proficiency. * Excellent communication skills, analytical mindset, and strong problem-solving orientation. * Willingness to work in a hybrid model: 4 days per week onsite in Indaiatuba and 1 day remote; **Excellent if you have:** * Experience in the pet segment (retail or manufacturing). * Experience with continuous improvement projects (Lean, Kaizen, etc.). * Knowledge of customer service automation tools (chatbots, RPA, etc.). * Intermediate or advanced English and Spanish. **Additional Information** **We offer you:** * Medical and Dental Insurance; * On-site cafeteria; * Transportation allowance; * Attendance bonus (freely available balance on Caju card); * Annual bonus; * Life insurance; * Parking; * Pharmacy benefits; * Total Pass (fitness center membership); * SESI Club membership; * Partnerships with language schools and educational institutions; * Frozen Christmas Kit; * Discount on products from our brand Kelco Pet Care; * Christmas gifts for employees’ children.
