Assist in the pre-preparation and preparation of foods as assigned and under the guidance of the immediate supervisor, aiming to fulfill the stages of the production process. Participate in menu planning meetings with the responsible Nutritionist. 1. Pre-prepare and prepare dishes and/or meats and/or salads and/or special diets; 2. Organize the workstation with all necessary ingredients and kitchen equipment; 3. Assemble and replenish food items; 4. Ensure the final product’s presentation; 5. Conduct product tastings and approvals (when responsible for the shift); 6. Ensure food replenishment at the distribution counter; 7. Collect and label food samples; 8. Sanitize utensils, equipment, and areas; 9. Ensure compliance with food quality and safety standards, as well as occupational health and safety requirements, during task execution, per the Good Manufacturing Practices Manual; 10. Perform related tasks; 11.
