The professional will be responsible for executing aerial missions, performing initial processing of collected data, and directly supporting surveying teams, ensuring the quality and accuracy of acquired information. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Proven experience as a UAV operator (fixed-wing or multirotor); * Knowledge of surveying and geotechnology workflows; * Proficiency in GNSS/RTK, ground control points, and surveying methodologies; * Skill in flight planning software (e.g., DJI Pilot, eMotion, Mission Planner, etc.); * Familiarity with photogrammetry, contour lines, DTM/DSM, and orthomosaics; * Willingness to travel and perform field activities; * Driver’s license – Category B. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Plan, execute, and monitor UAV flights according to safety protocols and operational requirements; * Conduct field surveys related to surveying, including support for using equipment such as GNSS/RTK, total stations, and leveling instruments; * Collect, organize, and validate field-acquired data, ensuring compliance with technical standards and project specifications; * Assist in establishing ground control points, checking traverses, and verifying coordinates; * Operate basic flight planning and control software, and collaborate with teams responsible for photogrammetric processing; * Prepare technical field reports and document operational incidents; * Ensure operational safety, equipment integrity, and adherence to scheduled deadlines. **Grow with us!**
