




We are looking for a Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) Specialist to work in the Procurement area, responsible for structuring, implementing, and leading the company’s strategic supplier management, ensuring performance, compliance, innovation, and sustainability across the supply chain. Acts as the focal point for relationship management (SRM) between internal departments and key external partners, driving continuous improvement, risk mitigation, and business value creation. Work location: On-site at the São Paulo (SP) office. **Responsibilities and duties** * Manage the supplier lifecycle, including registration, qualification, performance evaluation, and discontinuation. * Define and monitor supplier performance and compliance KPIs and SLAs, ensuring adherence to corporate policies. * Develop and implement supplier management policies, methodologies, and tools (including SRM portal, scorecards, and dashboards). * Support the development and execution of sourcing strategy and supplier segmentation, in collaboration with Category Specialists and Senior Buyers. * Conduct supplier risk analyses (financial, operational, reputational, ESG, and compliance). * Serve as key user and functional manager for SRM tools (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, GEP, etc.), ensuring automation, data quality, and system integration. * Support leadership in preparing performance reports and dashboards. * Ensure alignment among internal stakeholders (Procurement, Legal, Compliance, Sustainability, Controller’s Office, and business units). **Requirements and qualifications** Bachelor’s degree completed; Solid experience in Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) and Procurement; Proven knowledge of supplier qualification, compliance, and audit processes; Risk analysis and due diligence; Development of KPIs and dashboards (Power BI, Advanced Excel, SRM systems); Analytical, organized profile with strategic vision and strong interpersonal skills. **Additional information** PPR: up to 3 nominal salaries (for units in production); Health plan: Bradesco – no co-payment; Dental plan: Bradesco – no co-payment; Life insurance – Bradesco; Meal allowance; Transportation allowance; Food voucher; Gympass; Orienteme; Edupass.
