If you enjoy challenges and wish to join the team revolutionizing Brazilian civil construction, this opportunity is for you! **At Tecverde, all our positions are inclusive for people with disabilities (PcD), Black and Brown individuals, and LGBTQIAP+ individuals.** **If this position isn’t right for you, no problem—stay updated on openings via our website and talent pool!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **We are seeking a Senior Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (SSMAQ) Analyst to strategically manage, sustain, and evolve SSMAQ systems, directly contributing to operational excellence, risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, and business results.** **If you wish to join an innovative team in the civil construction sector, this opportunity may be for you.** **Main Activities** ------------------------- * Provide support to the SSMAQ Management team with a systemic and integrated perspective of Occupational Health and Safety, Environment, and Quality. * Structure, monitor, and ensure adherence to routines, deadlines, and deliverables for the team and interfacing areas, guaranteeing standardized recordkeeping and traceability of evidence. * Support preparation, execution, and follow-up of internal and external audits, including organizing evidence, updating documents, developing audit plans, addressing pending items, and tracking action plans. * Support management of regulatory requirements and conditions, where applicable, controlling expirations, renewals, evidence, and liaising with internal departments and third parties. * Sustain the non-conformance management process, as well as corrective and preventive actions, ensuring root cause analysis, effectiveness verification, and consolidated reporting. * Support area budget management, performing cost control, scope validation, contract monitoring, and consumption forecasting, while maintaining records, controls, and justifications. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Experience in construction companies or large enterprises operating in complex process environments; * Practical experience in SSMAQ routines, with direct interface with operational areas and factory operations; * Experience organizing evidence and preparing for audits; * Proficiency in handling non-conformances and managing action plans; * Experience with document management and inspection tools, such as Mobuss or equivalent systems; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; * Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and environmental routines applicable to the business; * Basic knowledge of budget control and supplier management; * Willingness to travel. **Desirable Requirements** * Experience with certifications and audits related to SiAC and PBQP-H; * Proficiency in Mobuss and Qualyteam systems; * Experience in contract management, progress measurement tracking, and scope control; * Postgraduate degree in related fields such as Quality, Environment, Safety, Processes, or Management. **Behavioral Skills** * Interpersonal Relationships * Organization * Proactivity * Negotiation * Sense of Urgency * Ownership Mindset * Communication * Resilience * Teamwork * Autonomous and hands-on profile **Additional Information** **Our Benefits Package:** Meal Voucher Lunch Voucher Breakfast Voucher Mobility Allowance Life Insurance UNIMED Health Plan *(after a 90-day probationary period)* Gympass *(Now Wellhub)* ** Conexa Saúde *(Telemedicine)* Direct participation in revolutionizing Brazilian construction!
