**Job Description**: Senior Tax Lawyer **Work Location**: On-site in Vila Olímpia, São Paulo / SP Job Responsibilities: * In the field of tax litigation: drafting pleadings and appeals, both in administrative and judicial spheres; * Conducting oral arguments; * Preparing reports; * Scheduling deadlines; * Participating in client meetings; * In the field of tax advisory services: drafting memoranda, analyzing legislation and case law; * Organizing team work; * Gathering and analyzing documents within the e-CAC system (RFB) and State and Municipal Treasury Secretariats. **Requirements**: * Law degree with active OAB registration; * Experience in tax litigation and advisory services at a law firm; * Experience handling direct and indirect taxes; * Advanced English proficiency; * Postgraduate degree in labor law and labor procedure; * Experience in collective and administrative lawsuits. **Desirable**: * Knowledge of accounting and corporate law; * *Experience with due diligence.* **Compensation**: To be negotiated Job Type: Full-time Payment: R$10.000,00 – R$15.000,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance License/Certification: * OAB (Preferred) Work Location: On-site
