All selection processes conducted by **RIBEIRA** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsible for analyzing and approving high-complexity and high-value real estate financing proposals. This role requires in-depth knowledge of legislation, credit policies, and risks inherent to the real estate market, acting as a focal point for decision-making. * Conduct thorough analysis of real estate credit proposals, assessing the applicant’s repayment capacity, creditworthiness, and property documentation (real estate registry, certificates, etc.). * Analyze more complex financing structures (e.g., multiple buyers, transactions involving a third-party payer, use of FGTS). * Issue technical and well-founded opinions recommending approval or rejection of credit, within the established approval authority. * Ensure all operations strictly comply with regulatory standards (BACEN, CMN), real estate credit legislation (MCMV/SFH/SFI), and internal institutional policies. * Identify, mitigate, and report operational, credit, and fraud risks associated with analyzed transactions. * Propose and actively participate in reviewing and optimizing workflows, credit policies, and systems to improve analysis efficiency and quality. * Draft and update internal manuals and procedures. * Conduct internal training sessions on new regulations or processes. * Collaborate with Sales, CRM, Legal, Back Office, and Compliance teams to resolve queries, clear documentation pending items, and ensure smooth process flow until disbursement. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting Sciences, Law, or related fields. * Preferred: Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance, Real Estate Market, or Risk Management. * Experience in real estate credit analysis and approval at financial institutions, credit cooperatives, or securitization firms. * In-depth knowledge of all stages of the real estate financing process—from proposal submission through contract issuance. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Easy access to the Itaim region required. **Additional Information** * Meal Allowance * Health and Dental Insurance * Parking * TotalPass * Benefits Club Founded 17 years ago, RIBEIRA is the real estate assets company of JSP — Júlio Simões Participações.
