Become a Sympler! **What will your day-to-day look like as a Senior Product Designer here?** * Lead the discovery, definition, and design of innovative solutions—from identifying opportunities through validation and implementation. * Conduct user research, data analysis, and usability testing to understand user and business needs and inform design decisions. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, marketing, etc.) to plan and execute projects, defining scope, priorities, and timelines. * Create wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and interfaces using design tools such as Figma. * Actively participate in agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprints, retrospectives) and contribute to continuous improvement of the development process. * Present design solutions to stakeholders and advocate for decisions using data and sound reasoning. * Mentor and guide junior designers, sharing knowledge and best practices. * Monitor performance metrics and project outcomes, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement. **What do you need to join our team?** * Proven experience as a Product Designer, with a portfolio demonstrating successful, business-impactful projects. * Deep expertise in design thinking, agile methodologies, and design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.). * Ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis. * Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. * Strategic mindset and ability to align user needs with business goals. * Proactivity, autonomy, and passion for learning and staying current with industry trends. **It’s a great plus if you have:** * Experience designing complex, scalable systems. * Knowledge of service design and user journey mapping. * Skill in creating animations and micro-interactions. * Experience leveraging AI to optimize your workflow and expand your impact. **Work model**: Remote **Sympla prioritizes diversity and plurality.** We believe a diverse team is essential for innovation and success.
