We care for our employees so that this care extends to the population we serve. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead process projects from understanding, diagnosis, improvement proposal, implementation, and control of future processes; * Align process project scope with the company’s Value Chain; * Identify problems and expectations for process correction and improvement, defining desired outcomes and identifying strategic organizational objectives impacted; * Apply artificial intelligence tools (generative AI, AI-driven automation, predictive analytics, etc.) to process analysis and optimization; * Map, model, validate, and diagnose macro-processes and current processes (AS IS), considering existing problems and quantifying data that substantiates observed issues; * Discuss defined solutions based on the diagnosis conducted, collaborating with all relevant departments; * Define criteria for selecting optimal solutions to process problems; * Define future processes (TO BE), incorporating proposed solutions, meeting stakeholders’ expectations, and delivering desired outcomes; * Assign process owners, define performance indicators (efficiency and effectiveness), establish process governance committees, and identify necessary training (processes and systems); * Conduct training on new processes; * Publish and communicate new processes and procedures, among other documents; * Formalize process owners, performance indicators (efficiency and effectiveness), risks/hazards/barriers (clinical processes), and process governance committees; * Lead implementation plans for process improvements and sustain implemented processes; * Monitor performance of implemented processes, tracking process indicators and process committees to ensure project sustainability; * Participate in developing policies, standards, and procedures to align documentation with corporate strategy; **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * MBA or postgraduate degree in Project Management, Process Management, Business Management, or similar fields is desirable; * CBPP or Green Belt certification is desirable; * Minimum of 5 years’ prior experience in this role; * Advanced Office suite proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); * Availability to work 100% onsite in Morumbi, Monday to Thursday from 8 AM to 6 PM and Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.
