




Job Summary: An HR Department professional with solid experience in HR routines, eSocial, and labor legislation to handle hiring, termination, payroll, and ancillary obligations. Proficiency in payroll systems **Responsibilities:** * Execute onboarding, termination, and vacation procedures; * Perform timekeeping closing, payroll processing, and statutory contributions (INSS, FGTS, IRRF); * Ensure timely submission of ancillary obligations (eSocial, DCTFWeb, RAIS, DIRF, etc.); * Support internal and external audits with information and documentation; * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor and social security legislation; * Assist in accounting closings related to payroll. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, HR, or related fields; * Solid experience in HR Department routines; * In-depth knowledge of eSocial and current labor legislation; * Experience analyzing and resolving accounting discrepancies; * Proficiency in payroll systems; * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills; * Intermediate English proficiency is a plus; Availability for 100% in-person work in the South Zone of São Paulo Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree * Education Assistance (after 1 year) * Total Pass * Transportation Allowance * Partnership with SESC * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance * Food Allowance * Life Insurance * Meal Voucher * Private Pension
