Solid experience in HR Administration (DP) and generalist HR The **Senior HR/HR Administration Analyst** will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence in personnel administration processes, guaranteeing compliance with current labor and social security legislation. In addition to technical execution, this professional will act as a strategic partner to leadership, proposing process improvements, managing performance indicators, and leading automation and organizational well-being projects. ? Key Responsibilities * **Payroll and Labor Charges Management:** + Carry out employee onboarding and offboarding processes + Control and organize documents related to employees + Calculate and verify payroll and the 13th salary, ensuring complete accuracy in calculations and adherence to deadlines + Support employees by addressing questions regarding payroll and benefits + Perform time tracking and banked hours management activities * **Compliance and Legislation:** Monitor changes in labor legislation and collective bargaining agreements. * **Internal Consulting:** Serve as the focal point for complex inquiries from managers and employees regarding salary policies, benefits, and labor relations. * **KPI Management:** Develop and analyze turnover, absenteeism, headcount, and payroll cost reports to support executive leadership. * **Process Improvement:** Identify operational bottlenecks and implement technological or workflow solutions to increase departmental productivity. * **Labor Union Relations:** Support or lead union negotiations and monitor homologations and labor proceedings. ?️ Requirements and Qualifications * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, Law, or related fields. A postgraduate degree/MBA in People Management or Labor Law is a plus. * **Experience:** Solid prior experience in mid- or senior-level positions in HR Administration (DP) and generalist HR. * **Technical Knowledge:** + Familiarity with eSocial and CLT legislation. + Proficiency in Excel for data cross-referencing and dashboard generation. * **Soft Skills:** Analytical profile, excellent interpersonal communication, strategic vision, uncompromising ethics, and resilience to handle critical deadlines. ? Differentiators * Experience implementing new payroll systems. * Knowledge of agile methodologies applied to HR.
