




We are seeking a senior-level professional from the market to work as a specialized service provider in business network expansion, who will be responsible for selling franchise agreements in accordance with the franchisor’s expansion strategy—from prospecting and candidate selection to presenting the brands’ business models and closing contracts. Activities * Prospecting and selecting franchisee candidates * Financial profile analysis * Relationship management with shopping centers to foster partnerships in sourcing qualified leads * Analysis and negotiation of commercial locations * Customer (Brands) service / relationship management * Use of a database system for lead registration / follow-ups and process tracking * Internal target and results reporting * Reporting results to clients **Requirements:** Familiarity with franchising and finance (analysis and presentation of income statements) is essential, along with a commercial profile, willingness to travel, and schedule flexibility. Prior experience in expanding food service / grocery retail networks is mandatory. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields; intermediate-level Excel and PowerPoint skills; fluent English.
