The Senior Data Analyst will focus on developing, maintaining, and evolving analytical solutions, with strong emphasis on Tableau. This position is predominantly technical and closely aligned with business needs, translating requirements into scalable and reliable dashboards, reports, and analytical products. Key Responsibilities * Develop, maintain, and evolve dashboards and analytical solutions in Tableau * Be hands\-on in the technical design of solutions—from understanding the requirement through to final delivery * Collaborate with business areas to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements * Ensure performance, data governance, and quality in delivered solutions * Work with large volumes of data from multiple internal and external sources * Operate in an agile environment, managing multiple simultaneous requests and challenging deadlines * Collaborate with global teams, respecting time zones and international routines * Support continuous improvement in processes, data architecture, and visualization Data Analysis and Root Cause Analysis of discrepancies between data sources Requirements * Solid experience as a Data Analyst • Advanced proficiency in Tableau (mandatory requirement) * Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) * Experience in large enterprises, preferably FMCG * Fluent English for collaboration with global teams * Ability to handle high pressure, multiple priorities, and competing demands * Strong sense of responsibility, autonomy, and resilience Preferred Qualifications * Prior experience with Trade Promotion Management (TPM) and Revenue Growth Management (RGM) data Academic Background / Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems/Technology, Business Analytics, or related field. A postgraduate degree in Data and Analytics or a related field is a plus.
