This position plays a fundamental role in supplier management, strategic negotiations, and supporting internal departments, directly contributing to consistent results, operational efficiency, and sustainable business growth. Here, you will have the opportunity to actively participate in decision-making, create value for the company, and be part of a team committed to performance and continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities** * Execute strategic procurement processes covering materials, services, and contracts. * Conduct supplier negotiations to secure optimal commercial terms, delivery timelines, and quality. * Develop, qualify, and manage strategic suppliers. * Perform quotations, comparative analyses, and negotiations focused on cost reduction and efficiency gains. * Manage procurement KPIs (savings, lead time, service level, inventory turnover). * Ensure compliance with policies, internal processes, and procurement governance. * Collaborate with requesting departments on demand planning. * Work integrally with internal departments including Finance, Operations (stores), Logistics, Sales, and Maintenance. * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization of procurement processes. * Prepare reports and analyses to support decision-making. Map markets, trends, and strategic sourcing opportunities. **Mandatory Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. * Proven solid experience as a Buyer, specifically in strategic procurement. * Strong experience in negotiation and supplier management. * Experience in inventory control and procurement planning. * Advanced Excel proficiency and ERP system experience. * Experience analyzing KPIs and results-oriented mindset. * Data-driven decision-making capability. **Desirable Requirements** * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fields. * Experience in cost-reduction and process-improvement projects. * Knowledge of Strategic Sourcing. **Contract type: PJ (Individual Contractor).**
