The professional will be responsible for ensuring architectural solutions align with productive efficiency, safety standards, and construction feasibility. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Project Development: Prepare floor plans, sections, elevations, and technical details for warehouses, industrial administrative areas, and supporting infrastructure. * BIM Coordination: Integration between architectural design and other disciplines—structural (steel/concrete), electrical, hydraulic, and industrial utilities. * Layout and Workflow Design: Design efficient logistical workflows (entrance/exit points, loading docks, maneuvering areas) and optimized production layouts. * Approvals and Regulations: Ensure full compliance with Brazilian Technical Standards (NBRs), accessibility standards (NBR 9050\), and municipal/state regulations (Fire Department and Sanitary Surveillance). * Field Support: Provide technical assistance during construction, clarifying design-related questions and implementing necessary adjustments. **// Required Qualifications:** * Do you have experience in greenfield industrial projects? * Do you have expertise in industrial construction systems (steel structures, thermally insulated panels, high-strength flooring)? * Do you possess advanced proficiency in Revit or Archicad (BIM) and AutoCAD? Experience with Navisworks is a plus. * Do you hold a completed degree in Architecture (with focus on design)?
