As an organization, we are united by trust—as an inclusive and diverse team—and passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed. **What your day will look like** *Manage and expand a portfolio of multinational clients, driving retention and business growth.* *Develop consulting strategies for benefits (health, life, dental, and retirement) tailored to clients’ local and global needs.* *Identify cross-selling opportunities with integrated Wealth and Talent solutions.* *Act as the liaison between Aon Global and local clients, ensuring implementation of global policies adapted to the Brazilian context.* *Lead commercial negotiations and proposals, delivering customized solutions for each client.* *Ensure timely updates to internal systems for revenue recognition and performance forecasting.* **What makes this opportunity different** *In this role, you’ll bring your full expertise to Aon’s Corporate unit—responsible for client retention, strategic consulting, and new business development. Your focus will be on identifying commercial opportunities and ensuring efficient project execution.* **Skills and experience that will lead to success** *Bachelor’s degree completed.* *Strong experience in benefits (health, dental, life, and retirement), gained at insurance companies, brokers, or consulting firms.* *Advanced knowledge of SUSEP and ANS regulations.* *Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.* *Advanced/Fluent English for regular communication with global teams.
