




The Junior Training Center (JTC) is an educational institution offering free courses characterized as "Junior Firefighters." We are a rapidly growing and developing company in Brazil, with multiple units across São Paulo and other Brazilian states. Our goal is to transform our students, aged 6 to 13, into individuals capable of providing emergency assistance, preventing accidents and fires, and becoming responsible citizens aware of the importance of safety and the environment. All our instructors are experienced professionals in safety, pre\-hospital care, and/or active or reserve military personnel. Classes are held every Saturday, and we use real-world practices and techniques to support pedagogical development and enhance the students’ learning experience. To this end, we provide and manage authentic materials for classroom use. We are currently hiring an Operational Coordinator to work in the administrative department. The employment arrangement is hybrid: remote work during the week and in\-person supervision of classes on Saturdays. The Coordinator’s main responsibilities include: * Addressing requests from parents and guardians; * Contacting parents and guardians during the week to ensure fulfillment of financial and pedagogical obligations; * Managing classroom materials—from budgeting to procurement; * Entering data into the company’s management system, including student registration, attendance records, agreements, contact history, etc.; * Fulfilling occasional departmental tasks. The Operational Coordinator position at the JTC offers an opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic and continuously evolving environment, while contributing to children’s development. The role involves data collection, communication, and material management to ensure successful classes and effective pedagogical development for students. This work is essential in preparing children to become more aware and responsible citizens in society.
