From infinitely recyclable aluminum cans and cups to aerosol bottles, our goal is to contribute to a better community, society, and world. **Key Responsibilities**: * Opportunity to work in Back-End maintenance, with mechanical responsibilities in corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities. * Report to the area supervisor per procedure, monitoring and providing technical guidance for maintenance activities, and inspecting maintenance services, aiming to ensure machine and equipment availability, reliability, and safety. * Follow service schedules, monitoring and controlling adherence to deadlines and optimizing available resources. * Assist in preparing the maintenance budget, aiming to allocate funds required to carry out maintenance activities. * Propose modifications and new entries to existing or ongoing preventive maintenance plans, as needed or to improve the project. * Request procurement of materials, parts, and tools required for maintenance. * Comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards. * Use SAP to manage activities, including creation of notifications and work orders. **What We’re Looking For**: **Required** * Experience in industrial maintenance * Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering **Preferred** * Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering * Knowledge of can manufacturing (a plus) * Knowledge of conveyor and belt adjustments (a plus) * Knowledge of SAP (a plus) **Additional Information** * **Location:** Jacareí/SP * **Work Model:** On-site * **Shift Hours:** 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM * **Work Schedule:** 3x2 / 2x3 (Work 2 days, rest 2 days, work 2 days, rest 3 days) **Ball Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
