And you can be part of this team. **About the Position:** Perform quality control of concrete in accordance with established technical, quality, and safety standards and procedures. **Responsibilities:** * Organize and maintain the laboratory under appropriate working conditions; * Perform sample collection, demolding, tank insertion, breaking, and data entry into the Protheus system for concrete test specimens (CPS); * Conduct aggregate and sand testing (gradation); * Monitor and oversee ongoing construction sites; * Plan, conduct, and supervise technological control training for employees; * Register specimen stubs in the Protheus system; * Perform sand moisture content testing, where applicable; * Weigh admixtures, when necessary; * Collect CPS from construction sites and/or cast remotely molded samples at the batching plant/central; * Collect, supervise, package, and dispatch cement samples as required; * Perform work at heights (above 2 meters) in compliance with safety regulations and internal procedures, when necessary; * Perform demolding, cleaning, and spraying of forms according to internal procedures; * Verify drivers’ slump kits; * Send compressive strength test reports to clients, when authorized by management; * Transport and retrieve mortar boxes from construction sites; * Carry out other duties related to the position. **Qualifications:** * Minimum Requirement: Technical Diploma in Building Construction; * Preferred: Enrollment in a Bachelor’s Degree Program in Civil Engineering. **Requirements:** * Brazilian Driver’s License Category B; * Flexibility regarding working hours; * Experience in laboratory analyses; * Residence within the company’s operational region; * Availability for travel, when necessary; * Effective communication skills, organizational ability, and people management skills.
