HYBRID POSITION FOR BAURU **Education and Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Civil Engineering, Production Engineering or Information Systems; * Completed or near-completion of a postgraduate program, or dual bachelor’s degrees in the aforementioned fields; * Finance assessment with superior performance (grade above 8.5); **Technical Knowledge:** * Microsoft Office Suite (Excel at intermediate level or higher), email and web tools; * Basic knowledge of ERP systems and familiarity with accounting and financial modules; * Advanced knowledge of Finance, Cost Accounting and Financial Mathematics; * Well-developed logical reasoning; **Experience and Skills:** * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the finance area; * Organization and time management skills, especially during high-demand periods. **Summary of Responsibilities:** * Performing operational and strategic tasks in financial consulting (manuals, analyses, spreadsheets, meetings, among others); * Technical coordination of projects and contracts; * Direct support to mid-level, senior consultants and partners; * Participation in projects such as Valuation, Business Plans and Judicial Recovery; * Support and guidance to assistants and team members, particularly regarding client requests; * Collaboration in interviews and departmental representations, when required; * Development of content, tools and materials for training and consulting; * Responsibility for internal finance department activities (e.g., submission of balance sheets, client deliverables, performance studies); * Focus on organization and efficient time management, especially during high-demand periods.
