Description: * Bachelor's degree in Law; * Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); * Completed postgraduate studies, specialization, or master’s/doctoral degree in Contracts or Corporate Law; * Solid experience in contract-related activities and legal consulting; * Dynamic, flexible, and organized profile; * Advanced English and Spanish proficiency. * Familiarity with the Projuris system is desirable; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Review and analysis of national and international contracts within business-relevant areas, covering low-, medium-, and high-complexity agreements—including service provision contracts, supply purchase and sale agreements, confidentiality agreements, financial contracts, lease agreements, real estate purchase and sale agreements, attorney fee agreements, intellectual property and copyright license grant agreements, and general corporate contracts; * Support in structuring contract governance; * General corporate legal consulting (excluding litigation matters) for the holding company’s businesses, providing assistance on legal demands and advising on legal topics; * Support in document management and workflow processes (including reporting and controls); * Other activities necessary to provide legal support to business operations (at various strategic levels). 2512210202551875631
