We operate in a rapidly expanding market and aim to establish a robust, predictable, and scalable organic growth engine. **About the Role** We seek a senior, strategic, and highly organized professional to lead Evrly’s Growth function from day one. This role is not operational in the traditional sense: you will not create social media posts nor directly manage social channels. The Head of Growth’s role is to lead the strategy, organize the brand’s organic growth, and transform content, creators, community, and branding into predictable growth systems. You will inherit an already-defined strategy, an active operational arm, and a validated product—with the mission to organize, scale, and accelerate all of it consistently. **Key Responsibilities** As **Head of Growth**, you will be responsible for structuring and leading Evrly’s entire organic growth front, ensuring alignment between strategic vision and execution. Your responsibilities include: * Lead the full Organic Growth strategy, connecting brand, content, creators, and community. * Structure, organize, and scale the content strategy across multiple channels. * Lead the creators and influencer front, ensuring alignment with brand narrative and identity. * Hire, manage, and coordinate third-party agencies—primarily content and creator agencies. * Create and maintain the Brand Playbook, safeguarding brand tone, language, and positioning. * Define priorities, timelines, and quarterly growth plans. * Build replicable processes and systems for predictable growth. * Integrate Growth with Product, Branding, and Performance. * Monitor KPIs, analyze results, and strategically adjust course. * Serve as the bridge between internal teams and external partners. * Prepare the company’s organic structure for sustainable traffic scaling. **Requirements** * Proven experience as Head of Growth, Head of Marketing, or similar role. * Demonstrated track record with organic content and channel growth. * Solid experience working with influencers and creators. * Ability to structure, lead, and coordinate internal teams and external agencies. * Fluent English for calls, negotiations, and strategic alignment. * High-level organizational skills (timelines, systems, deliverables, and KPIs). * Experience working with U.S.-based third-party agencies. * Ability to translate strategic vision into operational plans. * Owner mindset, analytical and creative profile. * Clear communication, natural leadership, and comfort in high-expectation environments. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with DTC brands. * Experience with supplements. * Prior work in health, wellness, or telemedicine. * Experience with YouTube and long-form formats. * Track record of brand building (not just campaigns).
