Customer interaction and assurance of compliance with standards **Your Responsibilities Here** * Develop and review electrical projects focused on industrial automation solutions, including diagrams, technical specifications, and material lists. * Coordinate the technical team and monitor all project phases, from conception to final delivery. * Ensure compliance with technical and safety standards, such as NR10, NBR, and IEC. * Interact directly with customers to gather requirements, align expectations, and monitor project progress. * Establish schedules, control costs, and ensure adherence to established deadlines. * Assist in selecting appropriate electrical components and automation devices for proposed solutions. * Supervise assembly, testing, and commissioning stages of systems. * Prepare technical reports and all necessary project documentation. **What We Expect From YouEducation** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields, with active registration at CREA. **Experience** * Proven experience in developing electrical projects for industrial automation. * Knowledge of PLCs, electrical panel assembly, instrumentation, and industrial networks. **Technical Knowledge** * Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and automation schematics. * Proficiency in design software such as EPLAN and AutoCAD Electrical. * Familiarity with technical standards and electrical safety requirements. **Skills and Competencies** * Leadership and ability to manage technical teams. * Planning, organization, and systemic vision. * Clear communication and customer negotiation skills. * Proactivity, attention to detail, and results orientation. * Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
