We are seeking a Contract Management Supervisor (O&M), who will be responsible for the technical management of contracts within the Asset Management BU. **Responsibilities and duties** * Manage the full lifecycle of Operation and Maintenance (O&M) contracts and related services, from negotiation through to closure; * Monitor compliance with established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring contractors deliver expected performance; * Prepare reports and resolve contractual disputes and non-conformities, pursuing effective solutions aligned with the company’s interests; * Perform measurements in accordance with contract rules and clauses; * Manage contractors, evaluating their performance and facilitating alignment and continuous improvement meetings; * Prepare presentation and meeting materials; * Support the O&M team on technical matters involving contracts; * Support negotiations of new contracts and renegotiation of existing contracts; * Develop and present managerial reports and dashboards on contract status and performance. **Requirements and qualifications** **We expect you to have:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Production), Business Administration, or related fields; * Proven experience in contract management, with focus on maintenance, services, or procurement in the energy sector; * Knowledge of applicable Brazilian electricity sector legislation and contractual standards; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially advanced Excel for data analysis and dashboards); * Ability to analyze costs, budgets, and financial performance of contracts. **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI for report and analysis creation; * Basic/intermediate technical understanding of photovoltaic solar generation systems, power substations, and/or battery energy storage systems; * Intermediate English proficiency. **Additional information** **What to expect from this experience?** * Competitive market-based compensation; * Flexible card for meal or food allowance; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Birthday day off; * Life insurance; * Flexible working hours; * Gympass and Totalpass; * SESC partnership; * SESI and SENAI partnerships; * Childcare allowance; * Partnerships with educational institutions; * Professional development opportunities; * Pet-friendly office; * Relaxed work environment. **Join the Brasol team!** We grow together because we think and work toward shared success.
