We are seeking a professional with solid experience in civil O\&M engineering to technically lead activities related to park infrastructure (foundations, access roads, drainage, buildings), acting as the focal point for strategic decisions and providing technical support to the team. The senior engineer is expected to have advanced analytical skills to interpret technical reports and structural pathology trends, promote structural improvements in processes, and ensure compliance with safety and structural integrity standards, actively contributing to the sector's growth and innovation. **Responsibilities and duties** * Technically lead the management of civil infrastructure assets (foundations, access roads, buildings, drainage systems) ensuring operational excellence and maximization of service life. * Define, review, and optimize civil inspection and maintenance plans based on performance indicators, historical pathology data, and industry best practices. * Supervise, train the team, and validate actions regarding pathology analysis, technical assessments, structural rehabilitation plans, and performance improvement proposals. * Act as the technical focal point during commissioning (civil commissioning) of generation complexes, critical structural inspections, and post\-event analyses (e.g., storm damage). * Technically coordinate civil maintenance contracts (preventive and corrective) and recovery projects, ensuring high-quality deliveries within schedule. * Develop technical specifications for hiring civil engineering/geotechnical suppliers and services. * Collaborate with Reliability Engineering on predictive analysis, risk identification, and mitigation of recurring degradation in civil assets. * Ensure continuous control and updating of technical documentation (As Built, technical reports, ARTs) for assets. * Deliver technical presentations, prepare executive reports, and support senior management in decision-making regarding the lifecycle of infrastructure assets. * Support the technical development of junior engineers and field teams in civil disciplines. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; * Solid knowledge of reinforced concrete structural pathology, geotechnics (foundations, slope stability), and drainage systems; * Experience in reading and interpreting structural, geotechnical, and earthwork design drawings; * Familiarity with technical standards (ABNT) for structural performance and safety; * Experience in O\&M or supervision of infrastructure construction and budget routines; * Availability for onsite work in Fortaleza; * Willingness to travel. **Additional information** Benefits for you * Competitive benefits package; * Opportunities for learning and development.
