




As part of the team responsible for credit analysis at Asset, you will be responsible for analyzing the financial results and payment capacity of financial institutions and companies in the sector, supporting recommendations for credit limits to the Asset’s Credit Committee. We expect strong teamwork skills, sharp logical reasoning, solid analytical and market-reading abilities, proactivity, clear articulation of opinions, and openness to constructive debate. **Responsibilities and duties*** Monitor financial information of banks, insurance companies, and other financial-sector companies for credit analysis, including: corporate structure, balance sheets, cash flow statements, financial projections, etc.; * Prepare materials for inclusion or adjustment of credit limits for the Asset’s Credit Committee; * Monitor exposure of funds and portfolios under management, ensuring compliance with approved mandates and limits. **Requirements and qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields; * Solid knowledge of the financial market and credit analysis of banks, insurance companies, and other financial-sector companies; * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. **Additional information** At the **Sicredi Administrative Center (CAS)**, for positions in business areas, we adopt a hybrid work model consolidated as 3 days on-site at the company’s headquarters, located at Av. Assis Brasil, 3940, São Sebastião, Porto Alegre/RS, and 2 days remote.
