Automation Engineering and BMS (Building Management System)** * **Programming and Development:** Develop and optimize control logic in PLCs, with mandatory focus on **Delta Controls** equipment. * **SCADA/HMI Systems:** Create, edit, and update graphical screens and databases in supervision software, ensuring a user-friendly and functional interface for operations. * **Protocols:** Integrate devices using standard industry communication protocols (BACnet, MODBUS, etc.). **2. Maintenance and Troubleshooting** * **Fault Management:** Perform advanced diagnosis and resolution of faults in integrated systems, including: * Fire Detection and Alarm Systems (FDAS); * Access Control and Intrusion Alarm Systems; * CCTV (IP and Analog); * IP Telephony (VoIP) and Intercom Systems. * **Infrastructure:** Maintain and repair the Structured Cabling Network supporting automation systems. **3.
