Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to provide technical and operational support to asset management routines, ensuring identification and control of assets. Key Highlights: 1. Guide the team and support information flow Since December 2015, SPDM/PAIS has been responsible, in partnership with the Municipal Health Secretariat of Rio de Janeiro, for managing the **Pedro II Municipal Hospital**. The hospital's infrastructure comprises ten floors, housing emergency services and adult, pediatric, and neonatal Intensive Care Units (ICUs); maternity ward; internal medicine; general and maxillofacial surgery; neurosurgery; psychiatry; pediatrics; orthopedics; imaging exams (X-ray, computed tomography, ultrasound, electrocardiography, echocardiography); and laboratory tests. Due to the large elderly population in the West Zone—the area served by Pedro II Municipal Hospital (HMPII)—two wards are dedicated exclusively to this demographic. The **Burn Treatment Center** is another distinctive service offered, featuring a dedicated ICU designed to prevent infections, which can be extremely severe for burn patients. Additionally, the facility houses the Santa Cruz Regional Emergency Coordination (CER), which has 39 beds and aims to absorb lower-complexity demands, thereby freeing HMPII to handle cases involving imminent risk of death, urgent surgery, and/or hospitalization. A distinguishing feature of this CER is its specialized care in Psychiatry and Obstetrics. **Responsibilities and Duties** Provide technical and operational support to the asset management department’s routines, ensuring correct identification, tracking, inventory, and control of institutional assets, as well as guiding staff and supporting information flow with other departments. **Requirements and Qualifications** Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields; Minimum of six months’ proven experience in the role. **Additional Information** Location: Santa Cruz \- Rio de Janeiro Schedule: 08:00 \- 17:00, Monday to Friday Professionals from partner companies, suppliers, and/or service providers—those with familial or affinity ties within the same service or engaged under alternative contractual arrangements (e.g., contracts with service providers)—must comply with current HR regulations, verified through consultation with the Recruitment and Selection Department. **SPDM – São Paulo Association for the Development of Medicine** is a non-profit, philanthropic civil association recognized as federally, state-, and municipally-declared public utility, pursuant to Decrees No. 57\.925, dated 03/04/1966; No. 40\.103, dated 05/17/1962; and No. 8\.911, dated 07/30/1970\.
