




**Join us in building the future** **The opportunity** We are looking for an **Administrative Assistant – Legalization** to join our team and support administrative, financial, and institutional operations within the legalization area. Here, you will have the opportunity to work closely with leadership, gaining broad business visibility and directly contributing to organizational efficiency, process fluidity, and adherence to strategic deadlines. **Your mission** Ensure excellence in administrative and financial controls within the legalization area, guaranteeing accuracy in invoice and payment entries, document organization, and support for executive routines. **What you’ll do here** * Support supplier payment processing by verifying documents, maintaining controls, and tracking deadlines; * Review, register, and track service and product invoices in the ERP system (Mega), ensuring tax compliance and data accuracy; * Organize, maintain, and update documents, contracts, reports, and strategic files; * Monitor due dates for invoices, contracts, and regulatory documents, ensuring compliance with legal requirements; * Support the preparation and consolidation of administrative and financial reports for the area; * Assist the Executive Board with routine tasks, including calendar management, demand tracking, and coordination with internal and external departments; * Serve as a key contact point for interactions with public agencies, concessionaires, and partners, ensuring smooth legalization processes. **What we’re looking for** **Education** Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or related fields. **Experience** Prior experience in administrative, financial, or legalization routines. **Technical knowledge** * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel for controls and analysis; * Experience with ERP systems (Mega or Sênior preferred). **Behavioral skills** * Organization, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize; * Clear, professional, and assertive communication; * Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines; * Proactive attitude, sense of responsibility, and discretion when handling strategic information. **What we offer** * **Salary:** Competitive and market-aligned. * **Employment type:** CLT, with on-site work at Rua Funchal, 375 – Vila Olímpia. * **Benefits:** * + ️ Meal/food allowance (FLASH): BRL 35.00 per day + SULÁMERICA Health Insurance: 100% subsidy for the employee + SULÁMERICA Dental Insurance + Life Insurance + Conventional Transportation Allowance OR mobility allowance (FLASH) + Totalpass
