We’re looking for an OutSystems Tech Lead to technically lead a squad focused on low-code platforms. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in High Code, solid expertise in the OutSystems ecosystem, strong technical leadership ability, delivery orientation, and desirable knowledge of the financial sector or fintechs. Key responsibilities: Serve as the technical reference for the OutSystems development team, guiding architectural decisions, best practices, and coding standards; Support the team in defining scalable and secure technical solutions aligned with business needs; Ensure delivery quality by leading code reviews and technical testing; Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and Software Architects to build efficient digital journeys; Support the definition of integrations between internal and external systems (via REST, SOAP, Webhooks, etc.); Drive the team’s continuous improvement through mentoring, training, and software engineering best practices; Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and secure development best practices, especially in financial environments. Requirements: Mandatory requirements: Prior experience as a developer in other technologies such as .NET, Java, etc. Proven experience as a Senior OutSystems Developer or Tech Lead; Proficiency in the OutSystems platform (Reactive Web Apps, Traditional Web Apps, Mobile Apps); Knowledge of low-code solution architecture design and efficient use of reusable components; Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD, and agile practices (Scrum, Kanban); Ability to lead technical teams, promoting synergy, collaboration, and quality focus; Excellent technical communication and collaboration skills with business areas. Desirable: Experience in projects within the financial sector or fintechs (digital accounts, payment methods, credit, investments, etc.); Knowledge of information security concepts, LGPD, authentication/authorization (OAuth2, JWT); Familiarity with core banking integrations, financial APIs, Open Finance, and financial reconciliation systems; OutSystems certifications (Professional or Specialist) are highly valued; Intermediate or advanced English.
