We are seeking a Senior Python Developer to focus on backend architectures, AI agents, frameworks, and LLM-based solutions. We are building the next generation of agent-based Artificial Intelligence systems through CI&T Flow—our platform that integrates human and AI agents to accelerate productivity, quality, and security in software development. This position carries strong technical weight, serving as a reference for the team and directly contributing to defining standards, best practices, and solution evolution. **Responsibilities** Develop, evolve, and optimize backend solutions using Python. Design and implement autonomous AI agent architectures, covering the full LLM lifecycle. Implement solutions using prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and data vectorization. Participate in defining technical standards, architecture, and development best practices. Ensure quality through automated testing, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines. Identify and resolve production incidents, including root cause analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. Produce and maintain technical documentation for architectures, workflows, and decisions. Serve as a technical reference, supporting development and disseminating knowledge. **Requirements for this challenge** Proven, solid experience with Python, with strong emphasis on backend development. Experience in cloud environments and distributed application architecture. Experience with containers (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions). Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases. Practical experience with prompt engineering (Chain-of-Thought, ReAct, Tree of Thoughts). Experience with RAG and Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS). Knowledge of fine-tuning and RLHF for model optimization. Ability to work autonomously, with systemic vision and problem-solving focus. Experience with Git and agile methodologies. **Preferred Qualifications** Prior experience with autonomous agent architectures or LLM orchestration. Experience with agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, LangGraph). Experience with observability applied to AI solutions. Work on internal technology products or platforms.
