This person will be responsible for ensuring clinic performance by leading the team with a focus on results, service quality, and revenue growth. **Your primary responsibility is:** Lead the clinic's commercial operations, focusing on performance and results; Monitor and analyze performance indicators; Lead, motivate, and develop the sales and customer service team; Ensure excellence in sales processes and patient relationship management; Propose and implement strategic actions to boost results; Ensure achievement of targets and unit sustainability. **Requirements:** Previous experience in commercial management or leadership roles; Analytical profile, with focus on goals and results; People management skills; Availability for onsite work in Fortaleza/CE. For this position, we seek someone with experience in sales or consulting within the dental environment, possessing strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
